The AI Dream Team Terms & Conditions

When you buy the Dream Team, you're entering into an agreement with Vicki Wallis Ltd (company number 11988094, registered in England & Wales, registered address 19 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester. LE19 4SA). In these terms, "I", "me" and "my" refer to Vicki Wallis Ltd. "You" means the person making the purchase.
By purchasing, you confirm you've read, understood and agree to these terms. Please have a read before you buy. If anything's unclear, email contact@freelancingsimplified.com and I'll happily explain it.

1. Who can buy
By making a purchase you confirm you're of legal age to enter into a contract in the United Kingdom. If you're legally considered a minor, you'll need permission from a parent or guardian first.

2. What you're buying
The AI Dream Team is a digital product: a set of installable Claude skills ("team members") that you download and use within your own Claude account. It's delivered electronically, so there's no physical product.
Founding and lifetime access includes any new team members and updates I release while the Dream Team remains an active, supported product. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product itself, not an indefinite personal guarantee. If I ever retire the product, I'll give you reasonable notice.

3. Your licence to use it
When you buy the Dream Team, you're buying a single-user licence for your own individual use. That means:
* You can install and use the team members in your own Claude account, for your own freelance business.
* You cannot sell, share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or give away the skills, the skill files, or their contents, in whole or in part, to anyone else.
* You cannot use them to create a competing product, or to build a tool or service that you then sell or distribute to others.
The skill files are technically readable (they're zip archives containing plain text), but that doesn't make their contents free to copy or pass on. The methodology, frameworks and wording inside them are protected, and this licence is what permits you to use them. One purchase equals one user.

4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the AI Dream Team, including the skills, frameworks, methodology, structure, prompts and written content, belongs to Vicki Wallis Ltd and remains my property at all times. 5. Delivery and access
You'll get access to download the Dream Team immediately after purchase, via your membership area. Because access is immediate, please make sure it's right for you before you buy (see section 7).
To use the AI Dream Team you'll need your own active Claude account. The AI Dream Team is built for use within Claude, and a Claude subscription isn't included in your purchase. That's a separate account you hold directly with Anthropic.

6. Platform and third-party tools
The Dream Team runs inside Claude, which is owned and operated by Anthropic, not by me. I'm not responsible for Claude's availability, pricing, features or any changes Anthropic makes to its platform. I build and maintain the team members to the best of my ability, but I can't guarantee they'll behave identically forever if the underlying platform changes. Where reasonably possible, I'll update the team members to keep them working well.

7. Refunds and cancellation
The AI Dream Team is a digital product you download and keep, so I don't offer refunds for change of mind once you've got access. At checkout you'll be asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you're giving up the standard 14-day cancellation period by doing so.
This doesn't affect your legal rights. If the product is faulty, doesn't work as described, or isn't fit for purpose, you're entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Just email contact@freelancingsimplified.com and I'll put it right, whether that's fixing it, replacing it, or refunding you.

8. The AI Dream Team's outputs
The AI Dream Team helps you produce work faster, including proposals, client emails, captions and briefs, in your own voice. The outputs are drafts for you to review, edit and use as you see fit.
You're responsible for what you do with those outputs, including checking them for accuracy and suitability before you send or publish them. While every care has been taken to make the team members genuinely useful, I can't be held responsible for the outcome of how you use them, and I'd always recommend you apply your own judgement and due diligence. To the extent permitted by law, I won't be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the AI Dream Team. Nothing in these terms limits my liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Support and Q&As
Your purchase includes 3 months of access to support, such as Q&A sessions, a community space, and the chance to ask questions. Anything I share in those spaces is general business guidance based on my own experience. It isn't legal, financial or tax advice, and it isn't a guarantee of results. It's offered on the basis that:
* You'll do your own due diligence and apply your own judgement before acting on anything I suggest. I can't be held responsible for the outcome of how you use the information.
* In group or community settings, information I share with you may also be relevant to, and shared with, other members, where the same point applies to them.
* If I mention any tools, companies or service providers, that's not a formal recommendation. It's your responsibility to check that any provider you engage with is right for you.

10. Confidentiality
If you share personal or business information with me as part of a Q&A or support request, I'll treat it with reasonable care and won't publish or share it publicly without your consent, unless I'm required to by law. I may use reputable third-party software and AI tools to help me deliver support, on the same confidential basis. Please bear in mind that in group or community settings I can't control what other members do with information shared there, so share at your own discretion.

11. Payment
Payment is taken in advance. If you've chosen a payment plan, you agree to pay each instalment when it's due, and your access may be paused if an instalment isn't paid.

12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for any dispute arising from it.
